pt received 5 imzs on 11/17/25 , shingrix twinrix and adacel in left arm and capavax and flublok in the right arm. PT came in on 11/19/25 and showed other pharmacist what he described as a significant reaction to the vaccine (rash) and she was informed to take IBU and Benadryl. Spoke with pt today and rash was pretty much gone and resolved over night with no further issues. Pt stated she slept with bandages on and when she removed she on red raised area around each bandaid, she did not know of any adhesive allergies and said the reaction started in all 5 area of shots at the same time and then was from waist to top of shoulders and elbows and up on the arms. PT experienced no other symptoms and described it as a bad sunburn.
