Flu vaccine given to 2-month 23-day old patient. Patient was to receive PCV20 only. Parent called immediately. Notified of lack of research for infant less than 6 months old that get the flu vaccine. However, it appears that side effects to look for a similar to that at any age Precautions were discussed mother indicted understanding.
