Symptom narrative

After the vaccine, the pt felt dizzy and worked up to a panic. I was notified by my staff and immediately went to check on her. She was breathing rapidly and having a panic attack. I had her lay on the floor and put her feet up on the chair. Then, I walked her through breathing exercises to slow her breathing. This seemed to help, but she was now hot. I then got her an ice pack and wrapped it in paper towels so her mother could help cool her down. I checked on her multiple times and then she left with her mother once she calmed down.
