Vomiting

Symptom narrative

Baby had 3 episodes of nonbilious/ nonbloody emesis between 10-11 am on 11/19 (approximately 48 hours after receivng Pediarix, Hib, PCV 20, and rotarix vaccines) . She was afebrile and not ill appearing at the time of the vomiting episodes, ie no obvious medical reason for spontaneous onset of vomiting)

pt takes synthroid 37.5 mcg nightly at 9 pm (last dose before immunization administration was on 11/16 at 9 pm)
