Symptom narrative

Initial severe local reaction with redness, swelling, pain at injection site for 1 week. 10 days after injection, on September 25, onset of neck pain and weakness, raised welts on right and left arms with at least 1 large maculopapular lesion. Followed by lesions under skin, severe burning/ tingling/itching of both forearms below elbow, on lateral area, right > left. Ongoing neck pain and weakness, ongoing itching in both arms, right arm now above elbow as well as below. Tiredness overall. Using topical anti itching lotions as well as antihistamines. Cool washcloths most helpful. Neck traction device, massage. Acupuncture.

Current illness

Mild elevation liver enzymes, no symptoms

Medical history

30 year Hx Lyme-like syndrome with chronic roving joint pain. Obesity, 25 years ago C5-C6 neck injury with right shoulder pain.

Other medications

Semiglutide 2.5 mg SQ weekly, CBD oil 20 mg SL daily

Shellfish, Pyridium
