Patient was given the wrong vaccine. Giveno Pnumo 23 instead of pnumoconjugate 15/or 20. The immpact vaccine team was called which confirmed this vaccine was medically safe to give to child, but not indicated as he is not immuno compromised. Parent was alerted about mistake.
