Symptom narrative

dizziness, chills, queasiness, and difficulty with bladder control. She then noted a fever, significant body aches (?felt like the flu?), and describes severe joint pain around her hips and knees, along with skin tenderness that persisted until this morning. She also mentions experiencing palpitations and a persistent headache, which intensifies with coughing or sneezing. She says there has been swelling and pruritus at the injection site, intermittent sinus pressure, and a mild sore throat

Hypertension, Prediabetes, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depression Disorder, Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease, Vitamin D deficiency, Mixed Hyperlipidemia.
