Symptom narrative

Patient received the vaccine. She was very nervous prior and beforehand. Started to breath hold, went pale, and started fainting. Was sitting when the episode started and unconsciousness lasted 2 seconds. Had her lay down on the bench and took blood pressures. Gave her apple juice and crackers. Color returned and blood pressure back to normal parameters. Walked patient to check out desk and she no longer was feeling dizzy or fainty.
