Symptom narrative

Vaccine was administered on 11/19/2025 at approx. 1000. Patient reports having some pain at the injection site immediately after administration. At approx. 1700, she noticed an area of redness approx. 1.25 inches in diameter. Denies redness, swelling, or any further symptoms at that time. Continued to have redness at injection site on morning of 11/20/2025.
