No adverse event; administration of an expired dose of VAQTA; This spontaneous report was received from a License Practical Nurse and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 10-Nov-2025, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA) lot #Y007585, expiration date: 31-Oct-2025 (strength, dose number, route, anatomical location were not provided) for prophylaxis. No adverse events reported. The nurse wanted to know to see whether the patient would need to be revaccinated.
