Symptom narrative

He did not receive his second dose.; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a male patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received on JUL-2023). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: He did not receive his second dose). Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 18-NOV-2025 The reporter was patient itself.
