it was administered a couple of drops of that, came out like between the needle and the syringe; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete dose administered in a 16-year-old female patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number 47KS7, expiry date 31-OCT-2027) for prophylaxis. On 14-NOV-2025, the patient received Bexsero. On 14-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced incomplete dose administered (Verbatim: it was administered a couple of drops of that, came out like between the needle and the syringe). Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 17-NOV-2025 The pharmacist needs to ask a question about Bexsero, the meningococcal B vaccine that whether the dose needed to be re-administered or was just a couple of drops.
