Expired dose administered.; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 82-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number PC57B, expiry date 01-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 14-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 14-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired dose administered.). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 17-NOV-2025 The pharmacist called to informed that a dose of Arexvy in which vial 2/2 expired on 01 NOV 2025, and vial 1/2 expired on 08 NOV 2026 was administered to a patient on 14 NOV 2025.
