Symptom narrative

Longer than recommended intervals; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a 51-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received on 15-DEC-2024). On 14-NOV-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On 14-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: Longer than recommended intervals).
