Symptom narrative

In patient's words - "Yesterday (10/24/2025) wake up with pain in the arm. Then around 2PM felt the AFIB symptoms. Check a few times using my cardia device. Result possible AFIB with pulse up to 154. This condition continue for about 6 - 7 hours. Never got AFIB before for so long time. I took Metoprolol at about 2PM then again 4 PM and 2x325mg aspirin. Question is can AFIB be related to the flu vaccine. I did not do anything at least anything I know that can trigger AFIB."
