Symptom narrative

No additional AE; TE for Proquad; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse, concerning a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, the vaccine Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD) experienced a temperature excursion (TE), from 14°F to 46°F for 41 minutes. On 14-Nov-2025, the patient was vaccinated with the vaccine involved in the TE, Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD), (lot #Z013894 (reported as 2013894) has been verified to be valid for this product, expiration date reported and confirmed as 01-Mar-2027), as prophylaxis (Product storage error). No additional adverse event reported (No adverse event).
