chills; Fever; felt a little worn out; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via sales rep and described the occurrence of chills in a adult female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On 08-NOV-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix (unknown arm). On 08-NOV-2025, 12 hrs after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced chills (Verbatim: chills) and fever (Verbatim: Fever). In NOV-2025, the patient experienced tiredness (Verbatim: felt a little worn out). On 09-NOV-2025, the outcome of the chills and fever were resolved (duration 1 day). The outcome of the tiredness was not reported. The reporter considered the chills and fever to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the reporter considered the tiredness to be related to Shingrix. The company considered the chills and fever to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 17-NOV-2025 The reporter reported that she woke up about 12 hours after receiving her 2nd dose of Shingrix with chills and possible fever. It was not shared if she took any over-the-counter products or not. She went back to sleep and when she woke up in the morning, she did not have a fever or chills but felt a little worn out. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
