Symptom narrative

Pt reported with red and itchy papular rash on her B arms and superior chest. No respiratory difficulty, lungs clear, VS normal, S1s2 RRR. VS monitored and remained stable. Pt given zyrtec, benadryl and triamcinolone cream. She was monitored for 15 minutes and remained stable. She was called 3 hours later to confirm that she was feeling better and the rash had subsided. Pt was told to follow-up with PCP as well and to report any changes in symptoms, go to ER if any breathing issues. Pictures were taken of the rash.
