No adverse event. After administration of vaccine, it was noted that individual had received a dose of Pfizer covid vaccine on 10/16/2025 at a pharmacy. Upon realization that vaccine dose was given outside of recommendation, nurse called and discussed with individual. Individual states she had forgotten that she got a dose of vaccine at the pharmacy. Discussed possible signs of adverse reaction to vaccine and to seek medical care if needed. Spoke with individual this morning (24 hours post administration) and she has no complaints other than mild soreness at injection site.
