Symptom narrative

Patient has swelling, tenderness, pain, heat in the arm radiating down the arm from injection site. No shoulder involvement. PCP sent in Bactrim. Patient informed to take benadryl oral, use cortisone topically, use benadryl topically. Patient will inform if worsening.
