Symptom narrative

Woke the next morning with every joint hurting. Shoulders, elbows, wrists, thumbs, fingers, hips, knees. Pain slightly diminished 5 weeks later but still ongoing. Could nearly stars from a sitting position for first 2 weeks. Trying to treat with Tylenol- advil combo and Coltrane.

Had spinal fusion surgery June 12, 2925

Lisinopril, amlodipine, gabapentin, Tylenol, advil, alpha liposuction acid

None. Have had scheduled eye & hearing exams with no Negative affects.
