Symptom narrative

Patient remained seated for about 5 mins after receiving vaccinations. When she got up to leave vaccine booth she fainted. Staff attended to her immediately and he regained conciousness and remained in a lying position with knees up for 10 mins before changing to a seated position for an additional 10 mins. She required no additional medical follow up and we checked her blood pressure prior to her leaving. I followed up with the patient via phone today 11/21/2025 and she is feeling fine with no additional side effects.
