Symptom narrative

There were no identified adverse events. Client is a homebound patient that the health department staff were providing a service for home visits to homebound persons to receive their covid-19 and influenza vaccines. This person was unknown to staff. Upon arrival client was seated in a chair and stated she could not get up. This was not identified as anything new. Family states she is weaker and unable to stand or ambulate since the vaccination of covid-19 and Influenza
