Symptom narrative

Patient felt light headed and heart racing. Pharmacist took BP 134/93. Had patient wait in waiting area. Subsequently checked again, 139/85. Waited another 5 minutes and BP was 123/86. Pt. was advised to go to ER. Pt.'s husband picked her up from pharmacy and took her to the ER where they said her vitals looked fine. Pt. came to pharmacy on 11/21 and said she was still experiencing bouts of dizziness and lightheadedness since she received the RSV vaccine.
