Client previously had Tdap. Due for booster. Td given due to time frame and overseas travel. Immunization nurse gave Td Tenivac prefilled syringe. Client denies any problems until early morning hours when while in bed she began to experience some itching. When she got up out of bed around 6AM she had a itchy raised rash on upper arm, back abdomen and neck. States she has had this before, she took Benadryl and is feeling much better. Rash still present, but itching has decreased. At time of phone call approx 10AM she had not notified her MD. She is on her way to travel . States she does also have her epi pen with her on this trip. Advised her to notify MD of situation.

Allergic to cats. Does not own a cat. When asked about owning a cat states, " Oh heavens no. If I had a cat, it would kill me". Takes allergy shots for cats incase she encounters one
