Symptom narrative

Patient reported pain to right arm several days after injection. He developed redness and tenderness to right arm made an appointment. Presented at clinic 11/20/2025. Patient was evaluated by provider. Given Ceftriaxone 1 gm in 1% lidocaine IM. He was prescribed Doxycycline 100mg tablet to take twice a day and Ibuprofen 800mg daily prn. Patient was directed to follow up on Monday with clinic.
