I began to notice temperament changes in patient, (my daughter) approx. May of 2024 post her first several rounds of vaccinations, listed above, which her first round she received 3/27/2024. I will also be copying below a full list of all the vaccines she has received total as of this date thus far. Her adverse symptoms began around May and it began with her having issues with regular noises, and all noises in general, saying they were too loud and covering her ears, even when it was normal volume, noises she didn't have issues before. Sometimes she screamed that it was too loud, and it prevented us doing taking her to activities, the movies, and even simple things like talking at the dinner table triggered her. I had to purchase noise canceling headphones for her because of her symptoms. Her temperament also changed and what used to be normal toddler temper tantrums, became much more frequent, several times a day, and she became violent at times. Whereas in the past she may have a mild temper tantrum, she at times became violent, aggressive, kicking, screaming, biting, hitting, name calling, etc. She stopped wanting hugs from siblings and became aggressive towards her older two siblings at times, telling them she didn't like them and hitting, kicking and screaming at them, including towards her mother. She became very obsessive with her need to control everything and have things a particular way, and got much more easily frustrated if things were not the same as the normal routine. Her temper tantrums became more severe and persistent, persisting even till today, and became more impulsive as well. Her behavior has had an obvious, drastic change since she has received vaccines. As her mother, I knew what her "normal" temper tantrums were before her vaccines. I also knew what to expect being I had two older children and had gone through the stages of toddlerhood to young child age. But her tantrums and behavior became much more aggressive and very difficult to handle and very difficult to calm her down. So in closing, the three main things that I noticed that changed post vaccinations for my daughter were, sensory issues, aggressive behavioral issues, and obsessive need to have things a particular way, and any deviant from her normal routine very much affects her. These symptoms are causes for concern of possible autism. Here I have copied and pasted her full vaccine record current to today's date, 11/21/2025. Patient has been proven via testing to have the MTHFR C677T homozygous genetic disorder. This genetic disorder affects how her body processes homocysteine and folate, and affects how her liver detoxes. Both the child, patient's mother and father have this genetic disorder, with mom having the exact same C677T with two copies. Since the child has two copies of this gene, it means she received one from mom and one from dad, meaning dad has at least one copy as well. This also impairs her body's enzyme function, which leads to lower levels of active folate in the body. Which also affects other aspects of the body like homocysteine metabolism, showing high levels in the blood due to inflammatory issues that are caused by the genetic disorder. Impaired methylation causes detoxing issues as well, increasing her body's toxin load.
None
Dairy intolerance diagnosed by her PCP during infancy.
