Symptom narrative

Per patient: for the first few days it was fine, after 4 or 5 days it started to turn red at the injection site and itches terribly. I observed a red oval about 5 inches in diameter around the injection site. I advised the patient to take benadryl orally and to use hydrocortisone 1% cream to alleviate the symptoms. I advised to the patient to contact her regular physician if symptoms were not improved by Monday.
