Symptom narrative

Vaccine site on left arm became red, warm to touch, tender approx 9hrs after vaccination. Over following 2 days, site increased in size and pt overall started feeling "heavy" with tactile fever. She was seen at clinic (within same store as pharmacy where vaccine was received) and treated for local cellulitis secondary to vaccine with cephalexin 500mg three times daily x10 days.

Current illness

sinus symptoms attributed to weather changes, improved with one dose of Sudafed
