Symptom narrative

Heart attack. Back pain starting on 1/16/22. Heart attack occurred on the 19th and hospitalized on the 20th. 90% blockage and received a stent. No plaque build up or other blockages; cause is still unknown. Put on a statin, a beta blocker, and aspirin as preventative measures afterwards.
