Symptom narrative

I started having spasms from diaphragm area that caused forced exhalations with sound. It was continuous and would hamper me taking breath in and i would feel shortness of breath. I went to ER the same night and they ran multiple tests checking for heart, lung, chest xray, blood work etc. but nothing showed anything abnormal. I am continuing to experience the symptoms.
