Symptom narrative

Patient presented to the pharmacy on 11/19/25 requesting flu and RSV vaccines and reported no complaints at the time of vaccination. She returned 2 days later on 11/21/25 and reported redness, slight swelling and mild soreness that had begun the morning of 11/20/25. Patient is in her third trimester of pregnancy but did not report estimated delivery date. The redness seemed to be in the exact shape and size of the barrier bandage used during the vaccination. She did not report any allergies that would have indicated to use an alternative bandage prior to vaccination.

Lab data

There are no other indications that follow up testing would be necessary. There is no other sign of widespread allergic reaction or anaphylactic response or indications that would suggest risk to the fetus.
