patient has pain in arm where vaccine was given stated he can hardly lift his arm. Has been going on for several days. He is going to call his doctor. Suggested Ibuprofen or Tylenol or Voltaren gel. Patient purchased Voltaren gel. He stated he felt person gave vaccine too high on the arm .
