Symptom narrative

Approx 30 min p vaccines administered, mom called. On the way home from office was coughing and crying over & over. On arrival home, mom heard no wheezing, gave Symbicort w no effect, still crying & coughing . Started to get red under his eyes and then, started rubbing them. Got hives all over & scratching. Resolved by that evening.
