Symptom narrative

Grandma reports that pt. had a seizure during the early morning hours of 11/19/25. Reports that pt. was running a high fever. Ambulance was called and pt. was seen in ER. ER physician diagnosed him with a febrile seizure. Grandma states he has a new patient appointment/follow-up from this event with a physician next week. No longer having any fevers or any other symptoms.
