Patient passed out in restroom with mom approx. 5 mins after vaccines were given. Patient was able to answer questions but was very drowsy, diaphoretic, pale and unable to keep eyes open. Pulse was 55 and SPO2 was 96%. Patient was moved by this nurse and another to exam room where he could lay down. Patient pulse was still remaining low at 54, BP 90/61 and was still very drowsy after 15 mins. Provider was brought in to assess patient, EKG obtained. Showed SA, HR 58. Fluids were given to try and help. Patient was also put in Trendelenburg to help increase circulation. About 10:30 am, patient began vomiting. He had 2 episodes of vomiting all together. Zofran was ordered by provider and given to patient which helped
