Symptom narrative

I had all the symptoms of head ache, pain, sore throat, but on day three. I had problems peeing. I would have need to go, and nothing but burning. I had bloating and slow bowels. I slept and used heating pad. By the end of week. I started to get normal peeing.

I did get a flu like symptoms a month before for 3 days

I was taking multiple vitamins. I also took zeolite mix once a day. I took 1 red panax ginseng extraction a day. I had one coffee and one alcohol drink a day.
