No additional AE; Customer called to report TE. ROTATEQ was administered to a patient; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 14-OCT-2025, the patient was vaccinated with improperly stored (46.9 F for 3 hours, 46.9 F for 1 hour and 46.9 F for 1 hour) rotavirus vaccine, live, oral, pentavalent (ROTATEQ) oral solution, administered orally, lot #2142135, expiration date: 28-MAY-2026, for prophylaxis (exact dose was not reported) (Product storage error). No additional adverse event was reported.
