sore arm; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of pain in arm in a 70-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number 3RN95, expiry date 06-DEC-2024) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included shingles vaccine (received the Merck shingles vaccine pre-existing Shingrix (no further information)). Concurrent medical conditions included overweight (she was overweight). Additional patient notes included the patient was in good health. On 12-NOV-2019, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix (right arm). On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced pain in arm (Verbatim: sore arm).
