Symptom narrative

received his first Shingrix dose about seven months ago/not received 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 71-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose of Shingrix on an unknown date in 2025). On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: received his first Shingrix dose about seven months ago/not received 2nd dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 17-NOV-2025 The patient received his first Shingrix dose about seven months ago. He had not yet received the second dose because his pharmacy was permanently closed.
