shingles; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via sales rep and described the occurrence of shingles in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: shingles). The outcome of the shingles was resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the shingles to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the shingles to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 17-NOV-2025 The patient received one dose of Shingrix and has recently had a case of shingles. The provider had no idea when the patient received the 1st dose. They were scheduled to come in for the 2nd dose next week and had the shingles case after the 1st. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
