muscle aches; arthritic pain; Pain; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of generalized muscle aches in a adult female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included PNEUMOCOCCAL VACCINE CONJ 20V (CRM197) (PREVNAR 20) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included shingles (Shingles outbreak in March of 2025, treatment with unspecified antivirals). Previously administered products included Zostavax (prior vaccination with Zostavax 10 years ago). Concomitant products included Influenza vaccine. On 07-NOV-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix (intramuscular, left deltoid) and PREVNAR 20 (left arm). In NOV-2025, less than a week after receiving Shingrix and an unknown time after receiving PREVNAR 20, the patient experienced generalized muscle aches (Verbatim: muscle aches), arthritic pains (Verbatim: arthritic pain) and pain (Verbatim: Pain). The action taken with Shingrix was unknown. On 18-NOV-2025, the outcome of the generalized muscle aches, arthritic pains and pain were resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the generalized muscle aches, arthritic pains and pain to be related to Shingrix. The reporter considered the generalized muscle aches, arthritic pains and pain to be not reported if related to PREVNAR 20. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 19-NOV-2025 The reporter is the patient who also herself is a psychologist. On 07-NOV-2025 she received Shingrix and Prevnar 20. Both were given in the left arm. About 5-7 days later she began experiencing symptoms of muscle aches/pain/arthritic pain. This happened last week and kept getting worse and worse every day. But suddenly last night (18-NOV-2025) it disappeared. She gets the flu shot every year and normally had no side effects. For example, this year she got an unspecified influenza (flu) shot on 12-SEP-2025 and had no side effects. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
