Expired dose given; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 62-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number 5F5XK, expiry date 01-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 15-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 15-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired dose given). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable.
