Arexvy vaccine was administered and then the expiration date on the box said 01-Nov-2025; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 67-year-old male patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number J9493, expiry date 01-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 18-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 18-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Arexvy vaccine was administered and then the expiration date on the box said 01-Nov-2025). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 18-NOV-2025 The vaccine administration facility was the same as primary reporter.
