No additional AE/No PQC.; Nurse calling to request information on a 13 year old patient who received his first GARDASIL 9 shot on 05/30/2025 and his second GARDASIL 9 dose was given 10/29/2025. According to her resource the minimum due date for that second GARDASIL 9 shot wou; This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse and refers to a 13-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history, previous drug reactions or allergies and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 30-May-2025, the patient was vaccinated with his first shot of human papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9) and on 29-OCT-2025 (one day early), the patient was vaccinated with his second shot of human papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9) for prophylaxis (strengths, doses, routes of administration, anatomical locations, lots numbers, and expirations dates were not reported). No additional AE.
