Symptom narrative

Bruising directly around the injection site. From injection site to around 8 inches below a rash has formed that is red, hot to the touch and itchy. Patient states the rash is sore to touch, but that she can still move arm fully without pain. Patient was seen by PCP today, 11/21/25, and was prescribed an antihistamine and a topical corticosteroid.
