Symptom narrative

I stayed at the store for about 15 minutes. I had asthma attack. I had to do a steroid and nebulizer treatment for about 10 days following shot. I had to go to my allergy doctor for the steroid. I have lasting loss of taste and smell. It is very sporadic. Mint toothpaste burns my tongue so bad it makes my eyes water.
