Symptom narrative

The vaccine was administered high on the left arm, near the joint, followed by Pain, limited range of motion, muscle weakness and numbness. Shingles outbreak at the injection site starting 11/15/25. I was prescribed Zovirax, topical lidocaine, and motrin. Gabapentin was added on 11/21/25 for nerve pain
