Symptom narrative

Patient received mNexspike Moderna COVID-19 vaccine on 11/7. No issues/reactions reported immediately after vaccine administration, but pt called pharmacy on 11/22 and reported that she experienced Bell's Palsey on 11/20 and was hospitalized for 1 day. Pt mentioned getting the vaccine to hospital doctors, who said to her that the event could not be causally linked to the vaccine. Pt also reports that her expected recovery time is about 2-3 months, and that her day-to-day activities are impaired (e.g. eating).
