Symptom narrative

Within minutes after giving the vaccination, patient fainted (Vasovagal syncope). Had patient lay on her back with her feet up, gave her an ice pack for a small bump on side of her forehead after the fall. Took her blood pressure, it was low around 95/48. Had her take sips of water, got her some candy in case her blood sugar was low. Eventually she was able to sit up. I re-took her blood pressure and it was better: 98/85. Pt was able to leave with her husband feeling better.

Prior vaccinations

Felt dizzy in a couple years ago after vaccine. Has never fainted before
